Red wine "Moretto"

The red wine of the farm is Moretto Toscano I.G.T., produced from a mix grape of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, refined in French durmast barriques for at least one year. The ruby red colour is intense with ripe cherry tones. The perfume exalts a marked presence of principal aromas typical of coming variety; the flavour results wide and round but especially pleasant for the considerable harmony.

White wine "Bricconcello"

The white wine is Bricconcello Toscano I.G.T., produce from grape of Chardonnay. Its organoleptic characteristics are peculiar of the variety: straw-coloured yellow with a clear and brilliant tonality with a notable limpidity. Typical perfume of its variety prevails elegantly with an important persistence. The soft and fresh flavour mellowing, assumes tonality of more complexity.

Oil

Our own oil is first quality production, olives are reaped from their plant from the month of November and taken to the pressing some hours after. The low temperature pressing allows to oil to maintain all organoleptic characteristics unvaried. The flavour and perfume is typical of its variety: moraiolo, pendolino, leccino and frantoio.
