Red Wines

We grow the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The grapes were planted in the late 1980s on the slopes of the Poggio alle Forche at an altitude of almost 400m.

Wine cultivation and wine making are purely organic. After the first fermantation in large wooden casks the wine matures 15 to 18 months in french oak barrels (barriques).

The Grand Cuvée was already awarded a gold medal for our first vintage 2021.
